    WY14,643 treatment of PBMCs induced a strong response in <t>microarray</t> gene expression but caused only a minor effect on DNA methylation. a In response to WY14,643-treatment 2907 probes displayed significant ( p < 0.01) differential methylation 4 of which containing over 5 % change between control and Wy-treated samples.
